Regarding grand mothers family pension where to inquire

Sir With regards I need your help in the following matter. That my grand mother gets family pension. She is now 85 years but has no formal birth proof or educational proof. She has aadhar card and date of birth mentioned on it. Her PPO book is lost.upon contacting the Bank they said there is nowhere her age is mentioned. I want to know the procedure to get her additional pension.please suggest what to do. Thanks in advance
According to recent High court ruling,DOB mentioned in Adhar card will be accepted as proof of age in all public and government concerned.,This Adhar DOB is to be supported by affidavit....?.
