Question is not only peculiar but also makes no sense.
How can you transfer ur dad's property to ur mom
You should give full particulars about the family, property, source of earning property who got the property and how? IS I ur dads self acquisition or ancestral to him How many legal heirs are there to succeed to his estate His n family debts ur place of residence and location of property and its present day market value in order to decide the territorial n pecuniary jurisdiction n limit to sue After getting these information I can give correct opinion

You will have to apply for the survivors certificate, which will be issued by the Tahasildar of your Taluka.
Documents required for this are:
1. Affidavit sworn by any one of the legal heirs, showing all the legal heirs names and age and relation with your dad.
2. Death certificate of your father.

Your mother can obtain Legal Heir Certificate/ Succession Certificate by filling an application accompanied by an affidavit in Tahsildar office / District Civil Court through a Lawyer.Required Documents are Death Certificate of the deceased,Identity card,Ration card or Adhar card of the applicant,No -objection letter on behalf of the other Legal Heirs or any other necessary documents as and when required by the concerned authority / court.
