Procedure to get copy of maintenance order from Family Court

I need order copy for the maintenance case from Family Court, Palakkad. This case was ordered due to exparte.

You will get the copy only through an advocate. Since it is an exparte order you have to file a restoration petition at the earliest. Discuss with an advocate . Your counsel can file the copy application for you. You will normally get it after one month of filing

for the order copy of maintainence it must be applied to the court if you want the order please send the number your name case number your husbands name etc to me. will check and update you the details on payment of an amount for the same.contact me by mail or by phone

The copy could be applied for in personal capacity or an advocate practising in the locality. If choosing to apply in person, you may seek the help of an experienced advocate clerk. An uncertified copy could be obtained under the Right to Information Act.
