Procedure to correct name in 10th CBSE marksheet

In my 10 certificate in my surname one word misspelled I cannot able to correct it because there is 2 years limit to correct it how can I correct it constitutionally so I can give upsc exam or govt exam

You need to contact the eduction board to which your school was affiliated to. It would either be CBSE or ICSE or any other board. The said education board would have certain rules, regulations or code which would provide for the process of rectification of your records. Do find out the required information and contact me for further assistance if required

In case you wish to change or any correction of your name, you have to follow simple procedure.
firstly you fill the form for name change and submit it before the concerned state government office. After payment of requisite fees, the press would publish the details of the change of your name in government Gazette. The press would let you know when they would publish the same. After that wherever you wish to submit your change of name, you can submit true copies of the relevant page of the Gazette.

File Writ before High Court seeking direction to CBSE.
By way if writ, you would challenge the rule laid down by CBSE of 2 years for correction.
That rule is contrary to rights available to citizen under constitution.
