Procedure to calculate the stamp charges for registered lease agreement for a commercial shop. is the security deposit amount also considered for stamp calculation?
Stamp duty vary from state to state. Further on lease deed the rate of stamp duty also different in every state. Stamp duty is dependent on the monthly lease amount and period also. Security deposit and advance rent if any will also be considered to charge stamp duty.
