Procedure for legal certificate in case of change of religion

Hi there, I have changed my religion 10 years ago (converted from Hindu to Christian), i need a legal certificate for that, can anyone advice the procedure. Ps: I don't want to change my name.

Article 25 of indian constitution provides right to religion so you can file a writ petitiin for change of religion in high court get ordet and convert u have every right do it but as of now no law or any section is there to get converted since it is under going changes as Agra incident took placr some days back so in future it comes but as of now to my knowledge there is no law.

File an application to the Tahasildar of your Taluka. He may ask for the documents at the time of verification. If you need legally then you file a suit for declaration in the court. you produce the conversion certificate issued by the church etc.,
