The boy has to be of 21 years of age.
You have to make application to marriage officer of the area where either of you reside about intention to marry.
Notice will be sent to parents of both of you inviting objection from them about the proposed marriage and after 35 days of giving the notice if there is no objection for the marriage, the marriage will be solemnised.
Documents needed will be regarding the proof of residence and date of birth of both the parties to the intending marriage.
