Notarized POA holder's transfer of owner's property through Will

My father Gave a notarised spa to his father as my father was residing in kanpurThe spa was given only with the purpose of managing water and electricity billsBut my grand father was in Delhi my father passed away suddenly taking advantage of the situation my uncle got a registered will from my grand father by taking major share in the property My question is that is notarised spa considered a valid instrument in court or only registered spa is admissible in court kindly suggest thanks I am a Hindu

only registered SPA.....

hi yes a notarised SPA is valid. however, it cannot be used as a valid mode of transfer of property. In your case i think if it is a will then we have to see what are the contents of the will and all, before arriving at the final conclusion.
