My father is not mentally stable all the agriculture land on his name

My father is mad(pagal) and he is alive and all property on his name. I want to sell the property(agriculture land),I am only one dauter and in financial trouble require Money for medical can I sell the property
You can not sell the land of your father unless the land is transferred in your name. To declare your father mad you need medical certificate from government hospital. On that basis file a suit before the court for seeking permission to sell the land. It may be allowed if there is no objection.

If your father is mentally unfit then you should go to court and file a declarative suit on behalf his madness. And pray to court declared you all rights in his property selling because his better treatment.
