Is photo affidavit made in delhi valid in kolkata?

My husband takes my all id cards without my permission just because am going to give him divorce ? now i start working in a travel company located in delhi i have three days only to join my new job . But he is not giving my id cards and my daughter birth certificate. I make a call to airlines they told me about photo affidavit and birth certificate affidavit. Is it possible i make them from delhi lawyer and show it on kolkata airport or i have to make it from kolkata noatry . please suggest delhi noatry afidavit is valid or not ?

Affidavit is govern under the oath Act, and there is is no jurisdictional limit. You can swear your affidavit at the place you are ordinarily residing now. There is no issue that you have to make affidavit at kolkata.

Notary is valid as well as invalid at the same time. most notarised documents are forged. You can apply for Aadhar card or your PAN card,or voter id card or any document that you have be it of school or college that has your picture in it. call the airlines and ask them which document will permissible in accordance kindly carry the same.
