What is the procedure and format for obtaining an urgent certified copy of my case from Dindoshi Sessions Court, and what documents are required along with the prescribed form? Additionally, how can I get a certified copy from the court, preferably online?

There is standard form for certified copy generally sold in and around court premises. However, if you don't have such form available then you can write an application on normal paper as well. You need to mention name of court / judge, case number, name of parties, party applying for certified copy (C.C.) and whether CC to be issued on regular / urgent basis. Further copies of document required from case brief. Deposit some amount as advance and write on application undertaking to pay further amount. Paste court fee stamp of Rs. 5 (regular) or Rs. 10 (urgent) and sign and present application to court clerk or concerned department for CC.

It's a very simple way go to Dindoshi Court demand certified copy readymade application from a counter, fill necessary requirements in the application like case number, parties name and all, affix Rs. 10 Court Fee, write require it in urgent basis, sign and file it.

You can apply to Court with affixing Rs.10 Court Fee ticket with mentioning party details,Case No , Decision Date with Urgent basis. If you are third person then you must file affidavit with application.

If it is your own matter fill up the case number court number details of case your name address contact details etc. In the prescribed form and apply for an urgent certified copy with necessary court fee. You will need to carry your photo ID card at the time of application. You may have to pay some amount for the copy.
