How to put brother's name as father on birth certificate of my child

Sir I am the father of my daughter and a baby recently born to me. I want to place my brother's name on her birth certificate. Is it possible Sir? They also want that with my family permission.
Your brother has to legally adopt your new born girl child by executing adoption deed. After the process of adoption is completed, his name can be mentioned in certificates including birth certificate.

First of all u have to give your baby to your brother as per adoption law.only after adoption as per law,your daughter will become daughter of your brother.Consent of yours wife is mandatory..?....?...
