Caste Certificate From Jan Seva Kendra, is it valid for OSSC- JUNIOR ENGINEER jobs in Odisha. ossc advertisement only shows recent caste Certificate is required. From where the tahasildar or Jan Seva Kendra, not mentioned. so which certificate is best from tahasildar or Jan Seva Kendra. If I applied with Jan seva kendra certificate and ossc rejected my job application then what can I do? So I want advice which is better
Latest caste certificate obtained from tahsil dar or janseva kendra,both r valid.For the benefit of the people,govt. has established seva kendra since few years,If tahsil dar is issuing certificate,u can get from tahsil office

Tahasildar is the only authority to give caste certificate whereas Jan seva Kendra is a mere helping organization who will give you the appliation form and process your certificate but its wise to directly go to Tahasil office and apply the application by yourself.
