How to get an order copy from court

I have win case in mumbai high court in January but they had not given me my order copy and amount cheque .Every time the give excuse and a new date they say come tomorrow.This process is going last 3 month now what to do? My lawyer also not giving me proper response
Dear Querist, Congrats on the order. Who was suppose to give you cheque?? court or opponent?? Some times it may take little more for the certified copy. But nowadays most of the order are uploaded on Bombay High Court's Official website. In any case you can take help of any court clerk.

If your Advocate not giving you information then you can inquire into court.
