Hi, I am the only daughter and my father passed away before ten years.Due to personal reasons, I signed in the release bond for all my properties stating that there is no legal rights in my father's property and no relationship with my mother. Now the problems resolved between me and my mother. I just want to know whether any issues will come in future due to this release bond if it is not cancelled?

You did not mention whether the release deed is registered or recorded in proceedings. If the release deed is registered or recorded in any proceedings you could execute the cancellation of release deed and get your mother's signature also. To make more safer you could ask your mother to write a Will or settlement in your name.
