How can birth certificate details be corrected

Date of birth in birth certificate is 8 aug and actual date of birth is 7 aug. All the documents like aadhar ration diving liscence have 7 aug as dob. I dnt have any educational dic to proof my age/ dob . I need to apply for passport. What should u do. Either i have to correct date on birth certificate .. plz tell how. As i was born at home. With dob passport can not be applied. How to solve this or any othrer way to applg for passport. Main concern is to apply passprt geniunly. Or to correct dob on birth certificate?
If you do not have a Class 10th pass certificate, then I would advice that you first change the DOB on your Aadhar card. If need be, apply for a fresh Aadhaar card. Thereafter proceed with applying for a passport.

Go to the office of your area's Registrar office. Registrar of Deaths and Births to be specific and forward an application for correction along with a copy of your old certificate. In due coarse of time this will be corrected.
Also, in passport office you may attach 10th Certificate as a proof of date of birth, if you wish.
