Q: Procedure for applying for disability certificate from Govt. hospital

I have total hearing loss in one ear.somehow i made a disability 45% certificate from government hospital.my question is if i passed any government job exam.am i screened for disability test again at the time of joining?or only medical board certified certificate works.

You may visit the nearest SDM office in whose jurisdiction you are residing and can request for a Handicapped/Disabled/Specially Abled Certificate. The Medical Report you have may be produced in front of the SDM along with other relevant required documents, once issued the document shall serve your purpose.

Q: How can birth certificate details be corrected

Date of birth in birth certificate is 8 aug and actual date of birth is 7 aug. All the documents like aadhar ration diving liscence have 7 aug as dob. I dnt have any educational dic to proof my age/ dob . I need to apply for passport. What should u do. Either i have to correct date on birth certificate .. plz tell how. As i was born at home. With dob passport can not be applied. How to solve this or any othrer way to applg for passport. Main concern is to apply passprt geniunly. Or to correct dob on birth certificate?

Go to the office of your area's Registrar office. Registrar of Deaths and Births to be specific and forward an application for correction along with a copy of your old certificate. In due coarse of time this will be corrected. Also, in passport office you may attach 10th Certificate as a proof of date of birth, if you wish.

Q: What to do if my friend committed fraud on me

My friend purchased some items from US, after someday he received a call from a person, he said that 'he is calling from custom department and and the package is with him so to get the package my friend have to maid the payment first.' He gave the account numbers and ask my friend to made the payments. My friend thought that the call is actually from the custom department so he made 4 transactions of 25K each to the accounts provided by the conman. But after the payment he did not received the package and also the mobile number of that person is now switched off. My friend ordered first time from outside the India so he did not have that much of knowledge about the custom and all. Now we have only the account details , one phone number. And some text messages by con-man in which he asked for money for transactions.

Get a complaint registered at your nearest Police Station and provide them the details. These Calls and Emails form part of Phishing racket and one should confirm the authenticity first before acting on such mails/calls.
