Having two certificate class 10 of different year and board is legal

SIR/MADAM I want to know that having two certificate of class 10th in diffrent year or diffrent board is legal or illegal she or he can apply for higher study or in government job.
Having two certificates of 10th or matric exam in two different years and universities is not illegal but i suggest you that for further education or profession or job purpose ,you should choose only one certificate between that two certificates amd only use that for further studies and never use that secnd one ...

Whether the builder have executed a deed of agreement for sale in respect of Flat in your favour? If there is a agreement you have to send legal notice to the builder/owner of the building and file a case before Consumer forum or to file a suit under specific performance of contract against builder at appropriate Civil Court

Having obtained two certificates is not illegal but you cannot use two certificates at the same time therefore there is no difficulty obtaining two certificates because only one certificates can be used at a time
