Grandfather's name mentioned on adoptiondeed will this effect infuture

My mother is never married and she had adopted me from her real brother through registered adoption deed in 1978. at time of my school admission father name was needed and because mother is never married so she had registered her father's name (i.e. my real grandfather) in place of my father name.Can it create any prob in inheritance or property transfer or any issue.we both hav same father name on all our IDs?

Yes it can and cannot. Depends upon the kind of solution you are looking for from inheritance prespective. It would be great to meet in person rather than elaborating here as the same has the lot of other things attached with it.

Yes, yours is a tricky issue. From inheritance perspective, you act in capacity of brother to your adoptive mother, in the property of father of your adoptive mother. You may need to file certain civil suits for declaration for rectification of anomaly. You should contact me with full details and all relevant documents.
