Company not giving relieving letter after serving notice period.

Hi sir, i am resign to my job in one private organization because unsatisfied salary and as per that company rule i am worked as well provision period after completing of my provision period they are not giving my experience and reliving latter if am asking they are not responding to me please any body suggest me how to processed legal way to get my required documents * i don't have any agreement with that company

Hello Sir, you can sent legal notice through advocate, then they will definitely give response to you. They will give you the relieving letter and other PF benefits also. Where is the company located

You have to issue Legal Notice to the company through Advocate asking your experience Certificate, after that if your company failed to issue experience certificate then you have to file case against then company to seek direction from the court to the company to issue experience certificate.
