If you have a xerox copy of the Sale Deed, tax receipts, mutation documents, all may be xerox copies, kindly visit any lawyer of your choice or known to, upon providing such documents he can guide you to obtain such certified copy from the registrar office.

Yes but before that necessary searching is to be done from registry office for finding out the deed number of your house or property and o lyrics after that you can apply for the certified copy of deed.

The office of registrar is to be searched out from the end of an advocate who is doing such types of things and you have to provide the details to the said advocate and if the same shall be found during the said period in that event you may get certified copy of the deed.
