Wrong statement on court judgement

Hi,
Me and Ex wife filed a mutual consent divorce case on a sub court in tamilnadu and we got judgement recently. But in the judgement, I noticed it was mentioned personally abusing statement, which i had never seen in my case documents before(documents showed by my lawyer, he is common for both of us). I spoke to my lawyer, he also mentioned that, we never mentioned such kind of statements any where in the documents and he told that court people might be copied from some other case, so just skip it and he said it doesnt matter. I personally screwed here. I dont know what can i do. Please help.

you can file a petition for modification to bring notice that there is a wrong statement which you had never played in your mutual consent petition judgemen you can make curative petition to cure the defects

u can prefer highcourt for correction in Judgement... There s a provision for tat.. so u can made a try for ur satisfaction.. but my advice s there will nothing burden u in tat judgement.. can skip as it s.. only for ur satisfaction v can go
