Q: Wrong statement on court judgement
Hi,Me and Ex wife filed a mutual consent divorce case on a sub court in tamilnadu and we got judgement recently. But in the judgement, I noticed it was mentioned personally abusing statement, which i had never seen in my case documents before(documents showed by my lawyer, he is common for both of us). I spoke to my lawyer, he also mentioned that, we never mentioned such kind of statements any where in the documents and he told that court people might be copied from some other case, so just skip it and he said it doesnt matter. I personally screwed here. I dont know what can i do. Please help.

u can prefer highcourt for correction in Judgement... There s a provision for tat.. so u can made a try for ur satisfaction.. but my advice s there will nothing burden u in tat judgement.. can skip as it s.. only for ur satisfaction v can go

Dear sir,My friend got exparte divorce during 2008 as her wife not came to the court. They have a daughter. My friend got married during 2009 and he is having a son. Now the first wife (government employee) having a daughter used to call my friend for various basic requirements of her daughters education and other expenses and she is not married again.Now she wanted him to proof herself as a legally valid wife to safeguard her daughter and need safety for her. So she insisted my friend to do the second marriage for which he has denied due to legal problems.What is the solution to comfort her.

Q: Wife had affair with another person
Dear lawyer,My wife cheated on me and I had an affair with another person. I saw her WhatsApp chats but she immediately deleted it. After that I checked her WhatsApp completely in found more than 50 blocked numbers in her WhatsApp account. I started questioning her back and forth and told her that I KNOW everything about you and collected all information from your college, then she accepted about all her affairs. It's totally 15 ( 14 before marriage, 1 after marriage). She accepted this with me in WhatsApp chat, and while we are conversing over phone as well. I have recorded the phone call for safety since she deleted the original sex chat with the person. Recently I called her family elders to showcase these things and asking for Mutual divorce.
