Withdrawl of Section 498a Summons

Can a wife withdraws for the 498a summons (dowry and physical harrasment) sent to the husband if both the parties comes for off court settlement i.e, divorce with mutual consent?

Family dispute when settled between both the parties, then any of the party if you wish may move for compromise. The compromise may be done by many means as either in lower court, mediation or in High Court but the compromise will only be accepted if both the parties agree to settlement.
if you have filed a case against your husband with section of dowry harassment and physical harassment and you want to withdraw and if you have a state case than the lawsuit canot be ended given to compromise in it left there be Statment on behalf of both the parties and both of you husband and wife can get divorce by mutual consent if your marriage has been completed for one year
