Withdrawal Of Divorce Case After Issues Framed And Cross Examination

09-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed divorce case, issues are framed and her cross examination is also done. She gave admissions in our favor. Now she changed lawyer and that lawyer suggested to withdraw case and file a new case on same grounds with correction. Is that allowed? Can I ask for cost ?

first you ask why she wants to withdraw the matter?
when you both are going for the mutual divorce you have to withdraw this matter or do an amendment in this matter.
she can fille new matter but u will get positive point in ur favour

firstly you tell who is applicant? if your wife is applicant then she will withdraw a petition but don't worry about that admission because such admission have evidentiary value... you can take certified copies of such petition. it's also evidence in favour of you

Yes, she can file a new case by withdrawing the older one. You can ask for costs to waste your precious time & also time of Court. But asking for costs depends upon certain factors, about which, we can talk on call.
