Initially you should submit your chief evidence and Mark your documents by adding your electronic document with an additional permission petition to mark that document as secondary evidence under section 64b indian evidence act. It will be considered as secondary evidence for your case to record as document.

Dear Queriest, you will have to file a petition under section 65B for getting your electronic evidence admitted in the court. You are required to give a copy of document that you are relying on, so A copy of CD should be produced before the court.
