Will I get alimony and support for education for my son

My husband is torturing me from past 20 years...ow he has started beating and insulting me in public. I can't live with him anymore. Can I apply for divorce and claim alimony or the support for my son's education. Son is 18 years old now. I am 52 years now and working in a pvt firm. I cannot work for long due to my health and age condition. Please need your advise

okay I understand your questions so your husband give a torture and crualiry behavior and you ias son also he is 18 years old so you are decided to take a divorce with maintenance like alimony right yes it is possible you will file a domestic workers coilanxw case first you asked the alimony also then you have to dole a Divorce case if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Client, Yes you can get Alimony from your husband. Also, in Certain circumstances child support is provided until the age of 25. But not always. If you have any more queries, I'm just a message away.

Dear Madam, If your husband is in Government service then it is very easy to get you to monthly Maintenance or alimony. You can file divorce and get it on the ground of cruelty. You have to file multiple cases against him to bring him under pressure to pay you alimony.

Madam, As per your query I am having fallowing suggestions. 1) Yes, You can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelity with prayer of monthly maintainece and permanent alimony. 2) Court will consider your prayer based know your husband and your income. 3) Your son having his own opinion and choice regarding his stay either with you or your husband. 4)As your son is major you can't claim any reliefs on behalf of your son. your son having right can file petition for his reliefs.

you can apply for divorce and claim maintenance and the judgement you are early money matter may also be decided. but you cannot ask from husband expenses of son who has attained 18 years age. you can also file domestic violence case and seek compensation. your son will get some right if there is an ancestral property.
