you file a domestic violence case and claim all the things which you left there, you can also claim maintenance for child, and if your income is not sufficient to maintain yourself in the standard of living which your husband is enjoying you can claim maintenance for yourself also, normally you will get atleast 25% of his total income it can be more also, further you can get other reliefs also like residential accommodation or rent, Medical expenses, almost there are all the reliefs which a women needs in domestic violence act, you can also get protection order, hence file the petition under domestic violence act in the place where you are residing and get the reliefs.

Dear Madam, Yourself and your child are entitled for monthly Maintenance. You may file maintenance case under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code. If you want you can file Domestic Violence Case along with interim relief claiming maintenance for both.
