Hi Lawyers, I am in a relationship with a girl but we have been fighting a lot lately, I want to get out of this relationship but I am afraid that she may falsely accuse me of sexual assault or rape. I have even told her about my fears. She was understanding and said that she does not mind signing a contract saying she was not forced to do anything or any other such contract which says that she was not sexually assaulted or raped by me and everything was consensual. Right now I have also obtained an email confirmation from her for the same. The email states that I have not harmed her in anyway and she confirmed to this email. My question is, is this email confirmation enough or do I ask her to sign a contract .
Thank you.
