Wife's claim on husband's property in divorce? In mutual or contested in any case can wife claim husband's own name or husband and his mother's name property? If yes then in which percentage? Here wife is doing a job and earning 9k per month and husband's salary is 38k per month. What is the correct alimoney in case of mutual and contested divorce here?
if wife is working she will not get alimony which needs to be proved and it can only be proved if husband gets a documented evidence of her job or employment and property share can also be avoided if husband removes name from property because after his mother husband being son of his mother automatically get the property

definitely wife can get property right in husband's property under Domestic Violence Act but if the wife is already earning the percentage of maintenance will depend upon her expense and income, the ratio will be decided by the court and cannot be guarantee by a lawyer .
