Wife was already married - Divorce case filed

Hi, I got cheated by a girl who was already married and did not get divorced and the case is currently getting progressed, Now the girl, has filed a case against my Father and Mother separately with Tamil nadu Womens Commision, It is a a false dowry case against my parents, My Question here: 1) What usually happens with Women Commission ? Do they usually support the false cases ? 2) What kind of evidences i should collect to defend myself ? 3) For the divorce, Since the girl was already married and cheated me, But they are declaring that-- We were already informed about her earlier marriage and now not willing to live due to dowry demand, What should i do to defend in this case ? Please help me

You can mention about the divorce case of her that's running now. She cannot be your legally wedded wife if the she's not divorced from her earlier marriage. Try to face the complaint and make her liable.

You should have strong proof with regard to your wife’s prior marriage. If you are able to prove that she is already married then you can have your marriage declared as null and void. Make would make any other case related to your marriage is completely invalid. You can reach out to me over WhatsApp or call.

in this case you proceed for null and void and to declare your marriage as null and void so the fraudulent means of your wife to get married you will come out and you will not be engaged in any other legal activities period early because the date of knowledge that you positive about the first marriage of your wife is the main factor and you should immediately proceed when you know about that one otherwise you are condoning the activities of your wife and accepting otherwise this is the legal proportion
