Please tell me if there is a fast-track to divorce if wife wants to remarry someone as soon as possible. Note that we both are agree for a mutual consent divorce with custody of 12 year old son will remain with husband. We are living separately for past 3 years.

Can be done. You’ll have to prefer an application seeking waiver of the mandatory 12 months period cooling off period. Based on the rejection/approval of the said application you might have to go to the High court

It is Not that though to get the fast trac divorce....if you both are agree in mutual consent divorce than firstly file the mutual consent divorce for fast track get a direction from High Court For disposal...
