Wife wants divorce while she's been in touch with her ex after marriag

The wife wants to go back to her ex , the husband isn't agreeing for divorce and blackmailing is she goes he'll do suicide., and the in laws also says they'll kill her if she goes out of the house

Dear Madam, It is at your risk you may join your husband and you will be held responsible if he commits suicide. Better to bring pressure on your husband to give a bond to continue the marriage and such bond paper must be signed by two or three witnesses and also insist upon him to create some endovent so that you can get monthly income.

She can lodge a police complaint against the husband and her in-laws. Further file a domestic violence case against them asking for a residential order from the court. That way a protection officer will be appointed for her safety (although the protection officer will be available on call only and if required he/ she would come). In the alternative, she should leave the house and file a police complaint. Subsequently file for divorce. Further details would be required to chalk out a solution.

before you file one criminal case against them for blackmail and harrasment and life threatening then if you want go than you can but if you not full trust your ex or if any problems comes in future from your ex than you have face much problem think before you do for any further information cal me
