HELLO

FOR MUTUAL DIVORCE THERE ARE TWO MOTIONS. FIRST MOTION AND SECOND MOTION, YOU CAN WITHDRAW AFTER 1 MOTION IF YOUR SIGNATURES ARE TAKEN UNDER PRESSURE AND FRAUD. YOU JUST HAVE TO MOVE APPLICATION TO THE HON'BLE COURT

You can approach the court and submit that I am not in favour of mutual consent divorce as the same is made under pressure. Court will take notice of the same and decline the divorce on mutual consent basis.

you can withdraw yourself from concent divorce suit file by the huband and wife. any concent under pressure has no value in law. it does not matter the statement given by in the court on date of first motion . you can withdraw from the case on the date second motion.

Was there some exchange of alimony at the time of first hearing? Do you have any children ? You can refuse from giving divorce at the time of 2nd hearing but it is not the reason to quote that you made the statement under pressure.
