He left her within 10 days of marriage case in court for dowry .now after 10 months of anal sex she get problem facing piles n dr said that it is due to unnatural sex.so after its a long time approx 14 months of marriage it is possible to go with complaint sec377. Do we need to hv medical test for ipc 377 ?

You can file a case/complaint after 14 months ae far as medical is concern the medical is no mendatary its upto the victim whether she/he agree to be examin medically . It is better to meet peraonally if you want .

The police filed a false 420 case against me 6 months ago and sent a letter to my bank to freeze my account. Despite obtaining bail in the matter, my account remains frozen. Bank officials insist on a court order to unfreeze it, but the police refuse to provide one. Do the police have the authority to freeze an account without a court order, and for how long can they do so? What does the Supreme Court say about freezing bank accounts?

police have no right to freez any bank account without court permission/order. it donot matter whether you on bail or not. you can aproach to the court for unfreez your account or you have wait untill you found innocent in the present case.

You have to apply in the court of illaqa magistrate for superdari. Court has power to take surety and order for release your offending vehicle . You can take you vehicle from police station. The court can order for concern police officer to take surety and release vehicle.

your can apply for antecipatory bail. you did not mention the court what is the tred of that court. but generally the accused should appy for regular bail in the court where the trial pending. your mother can be granted bail without any hitch.
