I have got marriage 29-april-2018.I want to know should I file a diavoce or not bcoz my wife attitude is not gud with me or my family members even our views are not matched pls suggest

Q: Can someone else produce evidence on behalf of PW in court

I am currently marked as PW in one court case and court has sent summon to provide the evidence. Since I am out of country I can't attend, what options i have ? Can my family member or friend attend on my behalf and submit the evidence in court ? What additional document like Wakaltnama or other i can get executed outside India, If i need to appoint my family or friend to appear on my behalf in court ? The case is about Builder Society where the builder has done cheating and he is out on bail on charges of 406, 420, 457, 468, 471.

As far your case concern you are witness this case . No one can give evidence in the court on behalf of you in criminal case . You ask your advocate/counsel to get permission for your evidence on vedio conferencing tender your documents through your advocate.

Q: Releasing car from police custody after road accident

My friend have taken my car for going somewhere . On the way fatal accident have taken place. He expired on the way to hospital. Insurance of the car has expired. I am the first owner of the car and I have RC of the car on my name. How could I got my car released from police custody? Give detail procedure

You have to apply in the court of illaqa magistrate for superdari. Court has power to take surety and order for release your offending vehicle . You can take you vehicle from police station. The court can order for concern police officer to take surety and release vehicle.

Q: Accused of cheque bounce not showing up for hearings continuously

Hi, I have filed a cheque bounce case against "one person who is living in Aligarh" and "the case is filed in Gurgaon" as I work in Gurgaon and my Bank's Home branch is also in Gurgaon. On the "first court Date" he was summoned to come. On "second date "he did not arrive in court so we filed our proceedings and were told that non bailable warrant will be issued against the culprit and we came back. Now on "Third Date " we get to know that non-bailable warrant against the accused was cancelled as his lawyer appeared in the court later on that day. Now on "Third Date " again he was not available on time and I think his lawyer again must have come there and got the non bailable warrant cancelled. My question is can the accused lawyer keep on doing like this and delay the process or do we have any other remedy for the same ? Also, does my lawyer is also informed that the accused lawyer appeared in the court and non-bailable warrant was cancelled. Coz, i did not hear from my lawyer

You have every remedy by challanging any order. As i think so the occassionally on request counsel of accused the court may accept the request but not every time. As far as your case is concern you have wait and tell to the court on each date and convinced the court. Generlly an order passed by court does change in case the change the order than it will call or inform the opposite cousnsel.

Q: How to stop family from extracting money from husband for divorce

Its been 3 months of marriage. My husband was trying to appraoch my family for sepration n was ready to pay 20 lacs. But my family kept on deferring meeting n pretended we dont want divorce. Now my doesnt left the rented house and given the notice also. My family though doesnt share things with me but the want to my husband to pay good amt for spoiling my life and save me too. But i dont know what they r up to. What shold be my next step?
