Wife want to live in husband's house after husband filed for divorce

Hello, My husband wants to give divorce to me but i want to go and live in that house. I know that if they will not allow me to enter in the house then i can call to the nearest police station and complain against them, but what next if still they don't allow me to enter. how much time it can take to enter me in that house. I am not living with my husband from last one years and he want to give divorce to me. we just got married in 16 june, 2016. But these question always keep running in mind that what should i do next and what will happen. I am a educated girl and working. So don't have problem regarding to money but being a wife and girl i want my right to live. I am afraid that same thing happen with me as happen with other girls. Some time i am to much depressed and frustrated, then i try to make me happy and healthy. if i file DV case, how much it will take to enter in the house. Please reply me asap.

Hello, we can file Application under DV Act and get residence order from court. He can not evict you till the disposal of the case and without full and final settlement of alimony amount. This is your right and you should file this asap.

Hello first of all you can file complaint protection office .and and women cell .and you can stay your matrimonial home and and you can file a maintenance .

first of all you should not worry. you have every right you want. as per law in d.v. act the magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of every application made in sub section 1of 12 within sixty day from the date of first hearinh. but it happen and take cosiderable time.

If u file the dv case you have to right get maintenance and living right in husband house. And share the husband house for you.. you have to go for pressure your husband and go for police station and court for dv act maintenance act cases..
