We didn't understand this because reasons behind this are very light which no one can consider. After our force she came, but she was very ill and her parents took her with them for rest. After that family meetings happened and they said that she is not willing to come and wants divorce. Now after more than one year she is residing there and not willing to come and she wants divorce. We agreed for divorce in mutual conscent, but now they are demanding heavy alimony to us and blackmailing us to file complaint against us and file various charges against us if did not give them alimony. Please help about this.

Let them go and file case but before that issue legal notice for restitution of conjugal rights and if she dosen't comes file case for getting divorce on the ground of mental cruelty also move application to police station to book them under the sections of blackmailing.

hi

in this case you can send notice for restitution of conjugal rights. within that notice you can make a demand to her to unconditionally return to matrimonial home or else divorce without demanding any exorbitant amount etc
