Wife Threatning to file false 498a on me and family.

Hi Advocate,
My wife is picking fights on every next day with me or my family without any reason. As she is 3 months pregnant we are trying to let it go and trying to behave well with her. She abuses me and family and threaten us of filing false cases against us. We haven't taken any dowry during marriage and also we have done 90% of marriage expense as they were not well to do and as this was second marriage for her(she had one failed marriage earlier). Pleae help us out as we are in deep trouble. Thank you.
First of all take in your custody all her documents and judgment of previous marriage and if she tried to file any false case please keep your side before that authority. If she files case under penal provisions their is no provision of arrest under the grounds of cruelty.
