Wife taken all my documents in her custody

After 6 yrs of marriage life, I decided to get divorce from my wife due to cruelty. From the beginning, all my certificates and passport are keep in beero which her family gave that for our marriage. After I applied for divorce, she took all the documents and shifted to her house or her relatives house. When I asking to give my passport and certificates, she keep in saying she don't know about that and it is not in beero. Please suggest how I can get back that.

give a complaint in the police to online that all the documents are taken by your wife because if you go and give complaint directly to the police station they will ask your voice to come and I will never register the case and better to give a complaint on online after the proceeding in the online complaint you take all the print out and file a case for return of documents from your wife it is an entry application you should file along with diverse Kesar Restoration of conjugal rights case

if you have filled the divorce petition then an another petition for return of articles have to be filled in the existing divorce proceedings. the court will order for the return of articles and you will certainly get it
