Wife Take away child with help of Police

My wife called her brother & mother secretly,She also book a flat on rent. All came to my house & wife started packing materials to leave house. My child is 4 years 11 months & 10 days when these issues arise,I called on 112 & my wife called on Mahila thana.Thana Constable says that the child is less than 5 years so he will go along with the mother. Thana Constable is doing the counselling currently, Can I take my child away from my wife when he attains 5 years of age,as no court case has been.

if your is above 5 years of age then you may file a suit for your child custody but before it you should send her a legal notice through advocate that she amicably deliver the custody of your child to you otherwise you will file a case against her for further information you can connect with me

for your child you need to file child custody case in the family court. court can decide who one more able to provide welfare of child. and where is child's welfare is more safe then other party court can allow to custody them. better you file child custody case.
