I have perused the contents of your query. She deserted you with any just and reasonable cause, Have you filed an intallah peshbandi with the concerned authorities enunciating the true facts. This will be a mother document for you and help you in your future proceedings. So far as alimony is concerned, its technical and would advise you to contact us. Section 9 is the other remedy, you can avail. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
