Q: Wife sent divorce notice & not coming for mediation
Hi...we are living seprately since 2 years...we dont have any childrens ....my wife sent me divorce notice before 7 months ...she left my home withount any valid reason...ow she is asking for divorce...we have submitted objections & asked for mediation counseling....but she has not atteneded it....Mediator in court is now report to court.I am helpless now. She has made some false allegations & asking for alimony although she is working & earning very good salary. My lawyer said next step is evidence....dates are too long. I also want to give divorce to her but not alimony. Can anyone please tell me how much time it will take for divorce? What will happen if i agree for divorce?.please help me.

He is not willing to give my money back. Kindly advise me some way to recover my money back. How can i lodge a complaint against that person. I met this person through a lady, she is my known. Now it seems that this lady is also involve in this fraud. It's been 2 year's of this incident. Pls help me.
