Hindu.I married 2months ago.My wife want divorce bt i dont.Her problem is she is not satisfied with our sexual life.she demanded dowry amount and gold etc.she gave complaint in police station.i requested her to come again bt she refused.wat i have to do
You can file restitution of conjugal duties in a family court. And in domestic voilance act your wife can claim gold ornaments presented her parents at the time of marriage.. She has to prove that the gold ornaments with you. And dowry amount there is no relief to her

Or as is the case in any 498a, police will ask you to attend counselling. In the counselling sessions be clear that you do not want divorce .
