Wife not willing to live with my parents

01-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Dear Sir/ Madam I have got married for 5 years now have a 2-year-old son, my wife left my home 10 months ago with my son. Now I have moved with my parents and when I went to visit my son my inlaws refused to show my son. My wife's relatives had visited my parents several times during my office hours and threatened them to file a complaint against us if I do not move separately with my wife. A month ago lost my father as he was under extreme stress & depression considering the issue. Now my mother is alone & not in a situation to leave her alone. Kindly advice me on what legal grounds I can take a discussion further.

It is sensitive issue. she may lodge false complaints against you and your family members. Decide whether to continue the marriage or not. If not file divorce case directly on the ground of cruelty and take anticipatory bail if necessary. She will come to your feet then you forgive her and withdraw the case.
