18-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a Hindu. I want divorce from my wife , We have been married for 6 years and have a 5 year old son. She is with me just for financial security and my parents property, else there is nothing between us no love no attachment. But she is not ready for divorce. Can I have any scope of getting a divorce and my son's custody as he is very much attached to me.

you have all the option of getting divorce and custody of your child. if your wife is not ready for mutual divorce then you can always file a contested divorce from your side. also if your wife is not self sufficient and is not able to look after your son then you can file for custody of your son but you have to quote the good reason why the custody should be given to you and not to your wife.
