Wife not allow me to talk to my 4year son

Dear sir/madam My wife left home last month, for silly reason she fight with me and left, so I am kidney failure patient and she stayed her native since 1month and not picking my calls so I want to talk to my son but she is not allowing me what to do? A waiting your replay...

Hello as you told in above matter if your wife is not allowing to meet and talk to your son then you can file a case in appropriate court to asking your eight as a father to meet your son for more information contact me will help you

Hi, above subject matter, your wife left the matrimonial hous e since last one month, you were not mentioned, how old your son. you have to issue legal notice to your wife and after that you can file G&WC case and if you are ready to lead life with your wife so you can also file a conjugal case before competent court.

Dear Sir, You have every right to see your child and for this purpose you have to file a child custody case. Further you may file a Restitution of Conjugal Rights case. If you cannot adjust with your wife then you may go for divorce. Visitation rights will be given to you to see your child through video conference etc.
