Wife neither giving divorce nor agreeing to live together

My wife is not allowing me to see our son.She doesn’t want to live with me also .she says she will not let me divorce too.What can I do?I have no permanent job too . My financial state is low also. How can l be helped legally.I am able to do the case by myself. What should I do?
Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 provide free legal aid to you. Approach Taluk Legal Services Authorities and present your case there . They will help you for filing the case with the help of an Advocate with free legal aid. In your case you will file divorce petition, custody petition for your needs . An assistant of advocate is good for filing the case other wise you could not win the case.

Dont worry about it. You can file a petition before the family court for the restitution of conjugal right. And you can file a petition for the custody of the child as well. You can file and argue the case yourself.
