Wife left me with 3.5 years old child

My wife left me approx 7 days back without informing. We had a small fight and she quietly left me and my 3.5 years old son. We tried to contact various time but she is not responding.This is happening very frequently in past since last 4 years of marriage. I wish to leave her . What should i do.She had made my house hell and i also want to keep my 3.5 years old son

firstly you need to give an intimation to the police officials that your wife has left your company without any reason and also left the 3.5 year old son. show that in case if any uncertainty happens produce the evidence before the court of law. in case if you want to get rid of this marriage , then you have to initiate the divorce proceedings. apart from that since the custody is with you you are also entitled to claim the guardianship of your son that can easily be granted to you because the past in descendants of your wife will be corrobating the same.
