This is indeed sad. Apart from legal recourse I would suggest you to identify the root cause of it, what actually led to it. If after analyzing if it's your fault then you must apologize and sort it out on your own with the help of your well wishers and if your wife is at fault then you must take appropriate legal option like restitution of conjugal rights, etc.

There are provision under Hindu marriage act through which you can seek remedy ,file suit in the family court of the concerned District for restitution of conjunal rights ,if it works and she returns than it end of all contention ,if not then there are other remedies .Contact for further help .

Sir, you should institute a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court for restitution of matrimonial relationship and if you win the case and decree is in favour, the court shall direct your wife to observe her matrimonial responsibilities.
