Wife left home leaving child with me

My wife has left home and my son who is 5 years is with me. Her parents are spreading rumours about me. Is there a legal way I can save my respect and to avoid them filing any wrong complaints about me? In addition, how to legally take custody of my son as she left him with me.

okay you can file a defamation casev against your wife family and you want to file a case at court permanent custody in court you will file a Gand wc case against your wife and asking the prayar of against your wife perition permanent custody of your son it is possible

do you want her to come back to you ? in that case you may have to file RCR. to get legal custody of your son you have to file G and w case against her and get he should a notice through Court. from spreading rumours against you.

Dear Sir, You may lodge a complaint with Police alleging that your wife left you without intimating and not taking care of child and left the child without any care and custody. Further, you can file child custody case and get interim orders against your wife not to shift the child from your City.
